# Mancini Technology: custom apps, websites and agents for small businesses > Your new tech department, helping small businesses grow. Custom apps, smarter websites, agents and more, built for your business and kept running for you. Jon Mancini spent fourteen years in enterprise IT at places like Apple, Yale and Travelers. ## What your tech department handles One partner for the apps, website, agents and everyday tech your business runs on. - Custom apps. Apps that replace spreadsheets and manual work, built around how your business actually runs. - Smarter websites. Updates, repairs and new pages handled for you, so the site keeps up with the business. - Agents. Agents that handle your routine work alongside you, even when you take a break. You approve everything before it goes out. - Everyday tech. Computers, Wi-Fi, email and accounts kept running and written down, so problems don't come back. Ongoing work is covered by a monthly care plan. Projects are quoted as a flat price in writing before they start. Offices of 20 to 50 can add a part-time Director of Technology and AI. ## Offers Every plan and project gets a fixed price in writing after a free call. No hourly meter. Monthly plans are month to month with thirty days' notice. Work past a plan's hours is quoted in writing before it starts. - Tech Assessment. We look at how work moves through your office, how your team uses its tools and AI, and where your data's at risk. Then you get a written plan. Free for up to five local businesses through December 15, 2026. - 30-Day Pilot. The place to start. Business AI accounts set up and secured, two or three custom workflows, staff training, results review. - AI Care. Up to 4 hours a month. Ongoing management of AI tools: user accounts, data and access policies, updates, staff support, and a quarterly review. - AI Ops. Up to 10 hours a month. Everything in AI Care, plus continuous workflow building and automation across office systems, monthly reporting, and priority support. - Part-time Director of Technology and AI. Up to 8 hours a month, for offices of 20 to 50. Senior technology leadership without a full-time hire. Planning, vendors, security and AI adoption, working beside your IT company. ## Guarantee Before the Pilot starts, we agree in writing on the time it should save your team. If it doesn't hit that in 30 days, you get back what you paid for the Pilot. ## Agents we set up Agents that handle your routine work alongside you, even when you take a break. We pick the platform for each office from ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Muse. Then we set them up and manage them rather than build them from scratch. The services page at https://mancinitechnology.com/services opens with a short explainer video, with captions and a transcript, on what an agent does and how we set one up. Each agent drafts the work, and nothing sends without the owner's approval. Each is a one-time setup plus a monthly, with a bundle for any three, quoted in writing after a free call. - Office Desk. Gives you a morning brief that sorts the inbox by what needs you, drafts replies, tracks follow-ups and deadlines, and ends the week with a Friday wrap-up. - Lead Follow-Up. Answers new web, email and voicemail inquiries with a draft reply, and nudges you when a lead goes quiet. - Appointment and Reminder. Drafts booking confirmations, day-before reminders and no-show follow-ups from your calendar. - Review Request. Drafts a thank-you and review request after a finished job, and drafts replies to new online reviews. - Social Post Drafting. Drafts a week of posts from your news, jobs and photos, ready for you to edit. - Receipt and Invoice Chaser. Collects receipts from email, flags unpaid invoices from your invoice sheet, and drafts polite payment reminders. ## When to call - You're running the business on spreadsheets. - Your website is out of date and hard to change. - Email, scheduling and follow-ups eat hours every week. - Nobody owns the tech, so problems keep coming back. If any of these sound familiar, let's talk. ## How it works 1. A free call. Tell us what's slowing the business down, and we'll say plainly what's worth fixing first. 2. A written plan. Scope and one fixed price in writing before any work starts. Half up front, the rest on completion. 3. Built and kept running. We build it, train your team, then keep it updated and fixed under a monthly care plan. ## Who it's for We work with any small business that has repetitive work. Serving as part-time Director of Technology and AI, responsible for systems, vendors, and the firm's adoption of AI. ## About Jon Mancini is the founder of Mancini Technology and serves as a technology partner to small businesses. Before founding the firm, he spent fourteen years in enterprise IT at Apple, Yale University, Yale New Haven Hospital, Travelers, Disney/ESPN, Raytheon, Netflix, and Kuehne + Nagel. That work included end-user enablement for a Zoom rollout to roughly 80,000 users, a nationwide phone system migration and a 1,000-plus device Windows 10 deployment. Those are past employers, not clients. He currently serves part-time as Director of Technology and AI for a regional executive network, advising member companies on where AI fits in their operations. He builds with AI tools daily and personally reviews every deliverable before it reaches a client. ## Review Gilda Bonanno, Gilda Bonanno LLC, Google review: "One of his greatest strengths is his ability to make technology understandable. He explains options clearly and in plain English… knowledgeable, practical, careful, reasonably priced, and very easy to collaborate with." The full review is on https://mancinitechnology.com/#reviews and on Google. ## Frequently asked - Is it safe to use AI with client data? It can be, with business accounts that don't train on your data, access controls, a written usage policy, and vendor agreements where the industry requires them. - We already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Do we need new tools? Often not. Copilot and Gemini may already be in the plan or a small upgrade away. The Tech Assessment tells you what you have, what you need, and what you don't. - What will staff actually use it for? Drafting emails and letters, summarizing documents and calls, intake forms, follow-up reminders, meeting notes, and first drafts of routine reports. The Pilot picks the two or three that matter most. - Will AI replace staff? No. It is set up to take repetitive tasks, such as drafting, summaries, and follow-ups, off the existing team. - Do I need to be technical? No. Setup, configuration, and training are handled for the office. - Do you work remotely? Yes. Most work happens remotely, and we're on site in the Northeast when a project needs it. - Can you also handle regular IT? Yes. Everyday tech is part of what we handle, from computers and Wi-Fi to email and accounts, under a monthly care plan or a flat project price. ## Articles - What to put in a one-page AI usage policy: https://mancinitechnology.com/articles/one-page-ai-usage-policy. A plain outline a small office can copy for its AI usage policy, from the tools staff may use to what never goes into them. - How to pick the first job to hand to AI: https://mancinitechnology.com/articles/first-job-to-hand-to-ai. A plain way for a small business owner to choose the first repetitive task to hand to AI, try it safely and tell whether it saved any time. ## Contact - Business: Mancini Technology, the trade name of Mancini Tech Solutions, LLC - Phone: +1-203-865-6002 (call or text) - Email: jon@jonmancini.com - Service area: anywhere, worked remotely.
